Of course it wouldn’t be a Lulu’s Farm event without mixing in a signature Lulu’s twist! In addition to the official KCBS competition, participating teams will compete against each other in the People’s Choice Meatball Mash-up and Grillin’ Beans Challenge on Friday evening, and the People’s Choice Battle of the Butts on Saturday afternoon. Per Tri-County Health Department Regulations, competitors must be have access to and be able to prove use of a licensed commissary kitchen facility in order to participate. If you meet this requirement, please contact us regarding competing in the Meatball Mashup or Grillin’ Beans Competitions.
The Friday night Rockabilly Bash with the Hillbilly Hellcats is a ticketed event focused on the perfect combination of food, brews, and live music (purchase tickets here), while the Saturday events are more festival like with the official KCBS competition, exhibitors, kids’ fun zone, music, and more.
